Artists | Daniel Bartak

Born in November 1980 in Prague, Daniel started playing piano at the age of six years.

In 1996 he graduated from the prestigious the State Conservatory in Prague for music and Drama
In 1997 he was chosen to sing the role of "Hercules" in the Czech version of the Walt Disney production.

In 1998 he played the leading role in the TV film "Gate of Dreams", produced by the CTV (Czech TV Company). In the same year he recorded several songs for the Cartoons and leading recording artists, he played piano in the musical "Angel & Devil in One Body" at the Prague "Karlin" Theatre.

After a busy theatre season, he left Prague to study English in California. On his return he featured in the musical "Prince" for "Cinderella" at the GoJa Music Hall and then the lead role at the Spirala theater as "Romeo" in the musical "Romeo & Juliet". Daniel then went on toact in Czech version of "Les Miserables". He currently appears in a TV show, known as a "The Lyrics Board" every Friday night.

Daniel has worked as a music arranger for SPAC (Seoul Performing Arts Company) in South Korea, where he successfully arranged two shows, both of which were winners of 'Best music in a musical show' for the years 2001 and 2002.

At present alongside his acting and singing, he is continually composing and arranging music productions for artists globally.
