Phonetic Recordings were nominated for 'Label of the Year' at the UK House Music Awards, alongside Subliminal, Underwater, Defected, Def Mix and Hed Kandi. The following year Rob was nominated for the 'Outstanding A&R' award along side Erik Morillo, Jason Ellis/Positiva & Simon 'Defected' Dunmore.

RR has compiled and mixed Five CD compilations to date, His Counter Culture II bestowed a 'Best Album' award from Record Mirror/Music Week. 2008 Rob mixes the new and extremely large 'Featuring Luciana' Album for Island/Universal Records. Roger Sanchez pronounced Rob’s Max Linen 'Flashback' as his track of the year on Galaxy Radio Their Max Linen 'The Soulshaker' track featured on the Becks Beer Advert for the USA for Three consecutive years.
